Three-Ingredient Chocolate Pots

Serves 4
Prep time: 5 – 10 minutes
Chill time: 4 hours


  • 170g dark chocolate, 84% cocoa solids, roughly chopped
  • 420ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 12 Medjool dates

To serve:

  • Coarse sea salt


1. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted and smooth, stirring after every 30 seconds.

2. In a blender, combine the almond milk and dates. Whizz until smooth.

3. Add the melted chocolate and whizz again until combined.

4. Transfer into small glasses or jars. Place in the fridge for at least four hours until set.

5. Sprinkle over a little sea salt and serve.
